What is Linked Page
Linked Page feature lets you connect pages across different workspaces and projects. Any change you make on a linked page (like assigning a task, adding notes, or updating datebase item) is instantly reflected in all projects where that page is linked.
This makes it easy to keep content consistent, collaborate across projects, and avoid duplicating work.
How to link a page
Method 1 - Link from within a project
The simplest way to link a page from another project in the same workspace.
Click the down arrow (⌄) at the beginning of your tab row.
Click Link page from...
Search for the project that contains the page you want to link.
Click on the project and select the page you'd like to link.
The page will now appear in your project, and any changes will be reflected in both locations.
Method 2 - Link via Copy & Paste
Go to the original page you want to link.
At the top, hover over the three vertical dots to open page settings and click Copy Page → Copy to Clipboard.
Navigate to the project where you want to add the linked page.
At the top, you’ll see a prompt — click Paste Page.
In the window that opens, select Paste Page as Linked Page from the options.
How to unlink a page
To disconnect a linked page and make it an independent copy:
Right-click or click the three dots on the linked page tab.
Select Unlink.
