How to Connect xTiles to Claude

Learn how to connect xTiles to Claude, what actions Claude can perform in your workspace

You can connect xTiles to Claude to let AI take actions directly in your workspace — without switching between apps. Describe what you need and Claude handles it inside xTiles.

Through this connection, Claude will be able to:

  • Read content from your projects

  • Read and write to your Planner

  • Create, update (schedule, assign members and priority), and delete tasks

  • Search projects and users

There are two ways to connect. Method 1 is the fastest. Choose Method 2 if you'd rather set things up manually.


Method 1 — Quick connect (recommended)

This is the fastest way to connect, using the xTiles connector from Claude's Connectors Directory.

  1. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors.

  2. Browse or search for xTiles and click Connect.

  3. Sign in with your xTiles account and authorize access.

  4. You're all set — just ask Claude about your workspace.

Method 2 — Manual connect (custom connector)

Use this method if Method 1 doesn't work for you, or if you prefer to set things up manually.

  1. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, click Add custom connector.

  2. Configure the connector:

Today News — Builds a morning news digest on the topics you care about, pulling verified stories from reputable sources into a tile on your daily page.
