How to Connect xTiles to Claude

Learn how to connect xTiles to Claude, what actions Claude can perform in your workspace

You can connect xTiles to Claude to let AI take actions in your workspace — creating tiles, updating pages, organizing tasks, and more — all through a simple chat interface. Instead of switching between apps, you describe what you need and Claude handles it directly inside xTiles.

In xTiles, go to Account Settings → xTiles MCP and click Claude.

Step 2: Follow the setup steps and connect

Step 3: Connect and authorize

Note: You only need to set this up once. After that, the connector is available across all your devices.

What Claude can do in xTiles

Your first prompt

Not sure what the connector can do yet? Ask Claude directly:

Tell me what I can do with the xTiles MCP connector. Suggest a useful workflow for me based on my recent chats with you.

Claude will explain what's available and suggest a starting point.

You can also review the supported actions below:

  • create-page — Create a new page in xTiles

  • update-page — Edit or update an existing page

  • search-pages — Find pages across your workspace

  • create-task — Add a new task

  • update-task — Modify an existing task

  • list-tasks — Retrieve your task list

  • create-project — Set up a new project

  • fetch-planner — Read your current planner state

The list of available actions is regularly updated as the integration evolves.

Use case workflows

xTiles includes ready-to-use workflows that work with this integration out of the box. Connect Claude once, then just run them — each comes with a pre-built prompt, so Claude handles the rest, fully automated.

You don't need to set up connectors in advance. If a workflow needs Gmail, Slack, or Google Calendar, Claude will offer to connect it right in the flow — connect it then, or skip it and continue.

Here's a quick overview of what's available:

Daily Brief — Pulls key items from your inbox, Slack, and calendar, then builds a morning summary tile on your daily page — meetings, messages, and tasks that need attention. If nothing does, it notes that everything's clear.

Evening Reflection — Reviews your day across your apps and chat history to write an end-of-day tile — key decisions, what moved forward, honest insights, and up to three actions seeded for tomorrow. Can optionally log completed tasks.

Today News — Builds a morning news digest on the topics you care about, pulling verified stories from reputable sources into a tile on your daily page. Optionally adds a separate, clearly labeled "Rumors & Leaks" section.

Weekly Review — Reviews your week from your planner, connected tools, and goals, then writes a summary to your Weekly page — accomplishments, decisions, activity patterns, and suggested priorities for next week.

Running on a schedule. In Cowork, any workflow can run automatically — every morning, evening, or week — so it refreshes on its own. In a regular chat, workflows don't repeat: you'll need to run them manually each time.
