You can connect xTiles to Claude to let AI take actions in your workspace — creating tiles, updating pages, organizing tasks, and more — all through a simple chat interface. Instead of switching between apps, you describe what you need and Claude handles it directly inside xTiles.
How to connect xTiles to Claude
Step 1: Open xTiles MCP settings
In xTiles, go to Account Settings → xTiles MCP and click Claude.
Step 2: Follow the setup steps and connect
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, click + → Add custom connector.

Step 3: Connect and authorize

Note: You only need to set this up once. After that, the connector is available across all your devices.

Use case templates
xTiles includes ready-to-use templates that work with this integration out of the box. You can find them in xTiles after connecting.
Want to see what's possible first? Check out xtiles.app/en/imagine — demo videos for each use case.
Each template comes with a pre-built prompt — just run it and Claude handles the rest.
Some templates use data from other tools — Gmail, Slack, or Google Calendar. Make sure those connectors are active in Claude before running templates that reference them.
Here's a quick overview of what's available:
Planner Setup Gets your daily planner page ready — creates a structured layout for your day with sections for tasks, notes, and focus areas.
Morning Brief Pulls in key items from your inbox, Slack, and xTiles tasks, then creates a morning summary tile on your daily page. If nothing needs attention, it notes that everything is clear.
Daily Reflection Reviews your inbox, calendar, Slack, and xTiles tasks to generate a daily reflection — including key decisions and progress, honest insights, and anything you might have missed.
Newsletters Summarizes all newsletters received in the last 24 hours, creates a digest tile on your daily page, and archives the originals.
Email Triage Scans your inbox for unanswered emails that need a response (skipping newsletters and notifications). For each one, creates a task in xTiles with a short title, link to the thread, and due date based on urgency.
Task Triage Reviews your xTiles tasks for today, selects the 3 most important, and adds a "Daily Focus" tile to your planner page — with a sentence explaining why each task matters.
LinkedIn Checks your LinkedIn DMs, notifications, and feed highlights, then creates a tile on your daily planner with a summary and direct links. Writes "All clear" if there's nothing to action.
