Access your Notification Center by clicking the bell icon in the top-right corner of your workspace.
Notification Categories
The Notification Center is organized into 5 tabs so you can quickly find what matters:
All — Every notification in one feed.
Tasks — Task assignments, acceptances, declines, completions, due date changes, and reminders. You can accept or decline a task assignment directly from the Notification Center — no need to navigate to the project.
Events — Incoming Calendar event invites from connected Google or Outlook Calendars. You can respond to invites directly from the Notification Center — Yes, No, or Maybe — without leaving xTiles.
Access — Workspace invites, shared project access, and permission changes.
Collaboration — Activity from shared projects: comments, edits, and updates from collaborators.
Browser & Mobile Notifications
In-app notifications are always on. To also receive notifications when xTiles isn't open, you can enable them for your desktop browser.
For the best notification experience, the xTiles mobile app delivers push notifications directly to your device — including a morning summary of all tasks due today, so you start each day with a clear picture of what's ahead.
