To open Account Settings, click your account icon in the top-right corner of the app. A pop-up window will appear with all available options.
Your Account Settings page lets you manage personal details, billing, integrations, and everything related to your xTiles profile.
Profile
In the Profile tab you can:
Change your name and profile photo — click your avatar or edit the name field directly.
View your account email — your current email is displayed below your name. If you'd like to switch to a different email, follow the steps in How to Change Your Account Email.
Set a new password — enter and confirm a new password for your account.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication — add an extra layer of security to your login. How to Enable 2FA
Delete your account — found at the bottom of the page. Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be restored.
Billing
The Billing tab gives you a full overview of your payment activity.
At the top, you can see your current plan, the next payment date, the upcoming invoice amount, and how many teammates you're paying for (if applicable).
Below that, you'll find your payment details, the card currently used for your subscription. You can delete or change your card here if you run into payment issues or want to switch to a different one.
Further down is your complete Billing History, every payment you've made with dates, amounts, and status. Click "View Invoice" next to any payment to see the full invoice details.
Need company details on your invoices? If you'd like to add a company name, address, or VAT number to your invoices, reach out to us at [email protected] before making your purchase — we'll add those details so they appear on all your future payments.
Upgrade / Plans
Here you can view all available plans, their pricing, and the features included in each. Use the switch at the top to see the difference between monthly and annual rates.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. If you downgrade, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and your account will automatically switch to the Free plan after it expires.

My Team
This is where you manage the people connected to your xTiles workspace.
Teammates are people you invite to work alongside you. You can add new teammates and upgrade them to Plus as part of your subscription, so they get access to the same paid features you have.
Space Members are all the people who have joined any of your Shared Spaces in xTiles. They appear here automatically once they're part of a space.
Guests are people you've invited to specific projects. They appear here so you can see everyone you've shared project access with in one place.
Notifications
Here you can enable desktop notifications for xTiles in your browser. If notifications aren't active, you'll see a toggle at the top. Turn it on and allow notifications in your browser to start receiving alerts from xTiles for tasks reminders, Calendar event invitations, pomodoro timers, and more.
Note that notifications are currently only available in the browser app. The desktop app doesn't support them at the moment. For the most reliable experience, the mobile app supports push notifications, making it ideal for staying on top of reminders on the go.
Integrations
Connect your favorite apps to xTiles to extend what your workspace can do.
Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar - Connect your work and personal calendars to see and manage events directly from xTiles. Your events appear in My Planner and the Calendar panel alongside your tasks.
Telegram Bot - Save useful info from Telegram straight to xTiles using the xTiles bot. Photos, messages, audio - anything worth keeping.
Email AI Assistant - Forward important email threads to [email protected] and they'll be turned into structured projects in xTiles.
Google Contacts - Make your contacts available in xTiles for easier sharing and collaboration on projects, pages, and tasks.
API Tokens - Generate tokens for programmatic access to the xTiles API. Useful for building custom integrations or automating workflows with external tools and scripts.
Language & Region
This is where you customize how xTiles looks and feels for you, from the interface language to how dates and times are displayed.
Language - Set the interface language for your xTiles account. Available languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish (Latin America), Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, and Polish. If you'd like to see another language added or notice any translation issues, let us know at [email protected].
Date format - Choose how dates appear across the app, including collections and task due dates. Options range from compact (09/7, 7.09) to detailed (September 7, 2026, Mon, Sep 07, 2026) so you can pick what fits your workflow best.
Time format - Choose between 12-hour and 24-hour time display.
Start of week - Set whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday. This applies to all Calendar views throughout the app. Note that My Planner currently defaults to Monday and can't be customized separately yet.
AI Integrations
Connect xTiles to AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, or other compatible tools. This lets your AI interact directly with your xTiles workspace: read your projects, create pages and tasks, manage your planner, and automate workflows, all from a chat conversation.
