Manage All Your Tasks with the Task List
Instead of hunting through individual projects to find what's due, Task List pulls all your tasks into one place — organized by urgency, date, and ownership — no matter where they were created.
Open Task List by clicking the task icon in the top-right corner of your workspace. On mobile, your tasks are accessible from a dedicated screen in the app.
Sections
Today — tasks due today, including overdue tasks that need rescheduling
Upcoming — tasks scheduled for future dates
Inbox — tasks with no due date assigned
Assigned — tasks assigned to or by you across all projects
Priority — all tasks with a priority flag, grouped by Low, Medium, and High
Completed — tasks you've already finished
Task Collection
Task List and Task Collection live in the same panel — switch between them using the toggle at the top. Task Collection gives you a more structured, database-style view of your tasks with filtering, grouping, and custom views.
