Task Priority

How to set a priority to a task

xTiles lets you assign visual priority levels to tasks so you always have a clear overview of what needs attention first.

Hover over the task circle and select a priority level from the list that appears. The task circle changes color to reflect the assigned priority:

No Priority (Grey) — default state for all tasks

  1. 🟢 Low (Green)

  2. 🟡 Medium (Yellow)

  3. 🔴 High (Red)

How to view all prioritized tasks

Task List has a dedicated Priority section that pulls all your flagged tasks together in one place — across every project and workspace.

Task Collection gives you more control over how you view prioritized tasks within a specific project — group by priority for a structured overview, or create filtered views to focus on what matters most, like showing only Medium and High priority tasks.
